Harland & Wolff Group Holdings PLC Enters Administration

 

Gavin Park and Matt Cowlishaw were appointed Joint Administrators of Harland & Wolff Group Holdings Plc (“the Company” / “PLC”) on 27 September 2024.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators act as agents of the Company and contract without personal liability.

The Company’s subsidiaries in Northern Ireland (Belfast), Scotland (Arnish and Methil) and England (Appledore) (“the Wider Group”) are not subject to insolvency processes and are continuing to trade under the control of their directors.
