To maintain compliance with the Company’s systems in relation to the requirements of Quality (ISO 9001) and other related, certified systems, to ensure that all Project activities are in compliance with relevant standards and procedures, and satisfy customer requirements. To manage Quality and Quality resources on Projects, to ensure an effective, efficient and professional approach is taken to all Quality matters.

To support Projects in meeting all Quality System and Specification requirements through the regular monitoring, auditing and reporting of Quality performance, and the development of Project-specific plans, processes and procedures necessary to ensure compliance. To ensure that all Project Quality documentation is completed, and that an effective relationship is maintained with the Client.
