Reports To: Project Engineer

Job Purpose:  To provide technical administrative support across the project management team.

The Role:

  • Ability to understand and interpret project documentation (e.g. cable schedules, construction drawings, etc)
  • Responsibility to maintain the project schedule/register
  • Assist with all aspects of completion documentation
  • Collate and produce project work packs
  • Populate and update the relevant systems

About You: 

  • Previous experience gained within a technical environment (i.e. Oil & Gas, Renewables, Engineering or Construction)
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge
  • Effective team player
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Good attention to detail
