Job Purpose:

To provide administration support to the wider Operations team and General Manager. Keeping accurate records of project costings regarding project labour, and hourly outputs. Booking workforce hours both direct/indirect and liaising with the finance and project departments.


The Role:   

  • Collect attendance forms and input data onto project spreadsheets
  • Keep track of employees hours for all trade workforce
  • Complete breakdown of work against which project to get accurate reflection of workforce requirements
  • Assist cost controllers with data input/project set ups on IFS and folder structures.
  • Assist with general administration to the operations/project team
  • Running reports to identify any errors or potential risks/problems
  • First point of contact for Time & Attendance queries from the project team.


About You:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excel experience
  • Good Relationship builder
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Mid-level IT Skills
