Job Purpose:
To provide engineering support across various marine and shipbuilding projects throughout the Harland & Wolff Group.
The Role:
- Preparing technical documentation
- Providing project support and advise
- Designing new products and tools
- Evaluating engineering components
- Analysing and interpreting data
- Conducting project analysis
- Implementing engineering processes
About You:
- Degree from a relevant engineering discipline ie (mechanical, structural or design)
- Desire to work within the shipbuilding and Marine industry
- Appreciation of engineering systems i.e AutoCad, etc
- Knowledge of engineering codes and standards
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good commercial awareness
- Effective problem solver
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
